No model approves its own work.

The failure mode of AI coding is a model marking its own homework. Studio splits the job across seats that cannot: one builds, a different one inspects.

How it works

Four steps, no configuration screen.

1

Describe the project

Goals and constraints. The project manager turns it into bounded tasks.

2

Research the uncertainty

Anything the team would otherwise guess at gets investigated first, with sources.

3

Build one approved task

The builder works on exactly one thing, scoped and agreed in advance.

4

Independent review

A different model inspects the diff, runs the checks, and hunts for regressions it did not write.

5

Escalate disagreements to you

When the reviewer and the builder cannot agree, it comes to the approvals queue rather than being resolved quietly.

About 40 credits per run

Best for

Bounded changes where you want the review to be real

The honest part

What it does and does not do.

Studio is in beta and deliberately produces a proposal, not a change to a live codebase. You get the diff, the suggested validation commands, and an explicit split between what was generated as a claim and what was actually verified. Merging is a human action.
